National and Key Accounts Manager, Out of Home (Leisure) - Uxbridge

As a National & Key Account Manager you will be responsible for Hotels, working in partnership with the customers to develop long term Joint Business plans to unlock growth potential. You will work closely with the Cross functional Teams to ensure you optimise the opportunity through plans based on consumer insight. 

What to expect

Key responsibilities include;

  • Manage a Portfolio of Hotel Groups – building Account & Environment growth plans to drive our Portfolio Growth
  • Management of the day to day P&L and all Financial Account SOPs
  • Be the Key day-to day contact for Customer business relationships with Hotel Groups
  • Review and evaluate performance on a regular basis
  • Maintain business through re-negotiation of contracted business
  • Work closely with Finance & Revenue Growth Management to create the 2018 ABP for Hotels
  • In conjunction with our Category & Shopper Marketing Teams you will work collaboratively to shape Customer selling stories for key brand and product innovations and Execution initiatives
  • Opportunity to work with the Coca-Cola Company on Global Pitch processes for large Hotel Groups

What we expect of you

To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate excellent selling skills, be able to proactively identify and unlock growth opportunities. Communication skills, both verbal & written are key and you need to be confident in communicating with and influencing customers and senior level stakeholders.

You need to be energetic and positive and engaging with the desire to continually drive things forward and have the ability to work well individually and as a Team.

You will have demonstrated commercial and consumer focussed experience and would want to develop your career further in National Account Management
