To work within the Co-op to provide efficient management of all our clients products throughout the Co-op. Working cross functionally, ensuring that communications reach the correct teams at our clients to enable successful planning including; seasonal, events and other business initiatives.

Description

  • Manage with our agreed service levels, investigate performance and suggest actions to improve.
  • Reporting and analyse on service levels, key issues and any major changes made to the range.
  • Ensure that the right communication is reaching the planning team as well as having and effective communication with the customer 'The Co-op'.
  • Daily tracking and analysing of key lines during promotion and helping supply chain analysts with promotional forecasting.
  • Championing and implementing new ideas to help meeting shared objectives.


Profile

  • 1 years within a sales position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Experience within a Customer Facing Role.
  • Experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, Work and Outlook.
