Product Manager

We are working with a prominent Food company who are looking to take on a new Product Manager to help with the growth plans. Their products are in all of the top grocers and are quickly on their way to becoming a household name. They have aggressive growth plans and have been in strong growth in recent years. As a company they have a strong reputation as being a brilliant place to work, they offer flexibility to give you the right work/life balance and are a really sociable team.

This role will be to oversee the product lines and in particular oversee a range of NPD from concept to launch. The position is crucial to their ongoing success as they are wanting to expand their range and capitalise on their reputation for quality. You will have responsibility over growing some of the existing product lines but the focus of the role initially will be the NPD.

The right candidate will have experience in either Brand Marketing or Product Management for an FMCG company. Whilst a background in Food would be ideal candidates it is not essential. You will need to have experience in NPD as well to properly hit the ground running. As the team is very social the best candidate will be outgoing and confident.
