The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be based in the South East and will be responsible for opening new accounts in every sector with a call centre. You will be talking to directors of customer service and client relations managers and directors, offering the largest portfolio of relevant services in the EU.

The Company: With a strong year-on-year growth record and looking to open new divisions this year, our client is expanding their staff right now with this search for a new Business Development Manager. They offer bespoke services for call centres and customer service teams, allowing them to make the most of best practice, training and customer satisfaction.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have a track record of selling a solution and adding value
  • Any experience of selling to the customer services space is a bonus
  • Candidates will be used to presentations and be highly charismatic with plenty of gravitas
