Senior Customer Account Manager - Licenced Product - Global Blue Chip

A newly created role resulting from double digit growth, for a global business. Working with one of their largest customers, it's a role offering real autonomy, fast paced career development and across a number of different categories! This business is so fast paced, with constant NPD driving growth of 20% this quarter alone.

These guys have amazing brands you will know and love - and no doubt you grew up with some of them! They are a hugely complex business with multiple categories but so fast moving you could never be bored or standing still whilst working here.

They have a fantastic team ethic and are a close-knit bunch, so big personalities who have a true passion for the brand are paramount.

The business itself prides itself on a matrix structure with cross functional exposure. They really strive for their employees to stand up and make strategic decisions to better effect the business. Desired Skills & Experience

  • FMCG experience with buyer interaction
  • Buying background would be preferable
  • Experience & success in Consumer product, soft lines or licenced across branded and own label
  • Strong working knowledge of major retail multiple accounts in grocery and high street
  • A competitive streak!
  • Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player
  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently
  • Demonstrate competence in data analysis Kantar, IRI etc.
  • Possess exceptional IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • The ability to deal well with ambiguity due to the constant change
  • Drive to progress and progress quickly
