A fast-growing business with ambitious growth plans in the UK and beyond over the next few years, the business are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on driving new business & customer acquisition.

The focus of the role will very much be on growth, with the business & senior leadership team being incredibly open-minded about how to achieve this, therefore giving you free reign to devise, implement & test a range of strategies.

A large focus of your role will be around optimizing the website and other online product listings (Amazon being a key priority). You'll need to have a razor-sharp focus on HOW to sell, constantly evaluating campaign performance and not being afraid to try new things.

You'll also be managing all social media & content creation, so will need to be comfortable establishing a relevant tone of voice and consistent message across multiple platforms.

Experience working with Amazon, and of using AdWords, would be highly desirable.



A key thing here is desire - it's a small business but with huge potential in a market where shoppers are increasingly aware of the need for a higher quality of product.
