This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing and most innovative drinks brands. Starting out with just one SKU over 10 years ago they now have a wide range of healthy products sold in over 25 countries across the globe. They are well known for their ethical way of working and are committed to social responsibility; making sure that their methods are sustainable and environmentally friendly. Due to their rapid expansion and internal promotions they are now looking for a talented Senior Brand Manager to join the marketing team.

As Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for the brand planning and strategic direction of the company’s core product. Working closely with the Head of Marketing your accountabilities will include: managing the brand budget and P&L, developing and implementing country specific marketing plans, managing the relationship with external media and PR agencies, creating compelling trade and shopper activation initiatives and collaborating with category and insight teams to develop key plans to increase share. Over time you will also have the opportunity to develop a winning team!

In order to be considered for this fantastic opportunity it is essential that you have experience operating at Senior Brand Manager level within the FMCG food and drink industry. Those with a passion and knowledge of the soft drinks and wider health and wellbeing categories will be at a distinct advantage. A proven record of effectively managing budgets and delivering 360 degree marketing campaigns would also be desirable. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and commercial thinker who also has real creative flair. As an entrepreneurial business it is also imperative that you are able to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively.
