About our Client:

Our client is a high growth, SME alcoholic drinks business who doubled their turnover in 2016 with 71% YOY growth. This current trajectory looks set to continue as well, with the expectation that they will have tripled turnover by the close of 2017. They have some of the most innovative products within the drinks market and have won multiple great taste and IWSC awards.

The company is a fourth generation, family run business and their culture is one of inclusion and camaraderie. With a small, close knit office everyone gets involved in all areas of the business as and when it's needed.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team and head up their marketing activity. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Head of Sales you will create a 12 month activation plan across all channels and brands. Along with this you will be helping to identify key events to attend and help create brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Create regular posts and content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat to increase followers and engagement.
• Identify and follow key social media influencers, establish contacts and try to create collaborations.
• Contribute regular press releases to the 'trade'
• Liaise with web site developers to keep all information up to date.
• Attend key events to help raise the brand awareness and consumer activation.
• Deliver profitable Q4 activation of Kiosk Pop Up's and Christmas markets.
• Create content and regular posts around events to try and draw more people to come and see the brands.

About You:

You'll have a keen interest in Marketing, Events and Social Media and how a company creates awareness for a brand from the ground up. You will be tenacious, eager and have a real desire to learn!

Key abilities needed:

• Strong skills in using social media platforms by creating content and posting regularly.
• Be a strong communicator.
• Able to work cross functionally between the sales and events teams.
• Being able to identify opportunities.
• Anything from new events, youtube/facebook influencers and market relevant blogs.
• Be a team player.
