A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly successful and ambitious NAM or SNAM with Top 4 Grocery experience to join the fast growing and exciting Higgidy brand as their new Commercial Manager looking after one of their largest customers, driving further growth and opportunities as the wider business looks to continue expanding after a fantastic growth period.

Description



The Commercial Manager will drive the development and delivery of the growth plans, focusing on leading the relationship with one of our longstanding and strategically important customers, across Brand and own label.

Their responsibilities will stretch across; account management, forecasting, customer insight, commercial strategy and analysis.

Further responsibilities will include:-
  • Managing and developing the relationships with a key Top 4 account, having full P&L responsibility as well as seeking all potential new business opportunities within the account
  • Generate and own the commercial forecast for the customer, working with all internal commercial stakeholders as well as product, marketing, operations and finance
  • Hone a deep knowledge of the market place, use information available to create the very best customer plans and strategies
  • Create, develop and implement the commercial plans, ensuring the customer has the right range, promotions and marketing to maximise profitable growth






Profile

The successful candidate for the Commercial Manager will be:-
  • Track record of FMCG sales, a mix of larger and smaller size businesses internally and track record with a Top 4 Grocery account
  • A passionate, proactive, confident sales person with a proven track record of strong account management and influencing skills
  • A smart, analytical presenter
  • Track record of generating and building lasting, key relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Passionate about working in a smaller size business, and fast growing challenger brand mentality passionate about working in an SME which has ambitious plans to double its size within 5 years
  • Can demonstrate strong leaderships skills and manage up internally
  • Candidate must be able to commute to Shoreham-By-Sea a min of 3 days per week






Job Offer

Up to a maximum of £58,000 per annum + good bonuses + car + benefits
