Job Title Ticketing & POS Administrator

Job Purpose
Principle Accountabilities/Objectives
Production of standard SELs, Talkers and POS

Job Content / Main Tasks
POS production
·SELs (SLA with external and internal customers is 5 working days of request)
·Talkers, Menus and Promotional Posters (SLA as above)
·Weekly log of production and current lead time
·Weekly extraction of data to Marketing Analyst
  • Stock management and ordering of materials for SELs
Working environment
  • Works directly for the Senior Marketing Executive with a dotted line to the Foodservice Marketing Manager
  • Works in conjunction with the Marketing Assistant (who will cover holidays, sickness and busy periods)
  • Key contacts – Field and Telesales, CAMs, FSTs and retailers
Skills / Knowledge
  • Good organization skills, used to working in a busy office environment, flexible and personable
  • Good PC skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, SAP (desirable)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and organisation with good interpersonal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle priorities to meet moving deadlines
