My client is a market-leader in the food & drink sector with major well-known brands and a high profile customer base, seeking a talented Insight Manager. My client has an energetic and positive environment where opportunity to develop careers are vast. The ideal candidate will have a market research, business intelligence or consultancy background within the food and/or drink industry.

The Role:

• Work closely with the commercial team in the US to deliver client requirements and commitments
• Deliver the best in class insights
• Manage a small but highly motivated team - manage and mentor your team to develop their personal development goals as well as the team objectives
• Some infrequent travel to the states 
• Ensure customer requests and expectations are fulfilled from colleagues
• Engage with other departments to ensure all projects are completed on time and in full

• The candidate:
• A genuine interest in bars, restaurants and drinks brands
• High energy, positive, self-reliant and able to motivate those around you
• A clear and persuasive communicator
• Organised, ambitious, flexible and hardworking
• Inquisitive and determined to get to the real story underneath the data
• Commercially savvy enough to be able to turn insights into something valuable to the end user
• Any experience in the field of market research, business intelligence or consultancy
• Proven ability to run multiple short term projects with ambitious targets and tight deadlines
• Ideally have experience at managing projects and delivering briefs from cradle to grave
• Not a corporate drone!
• Firm understanding of the food & drink market
