About the role

AB InBev is looking for an experienced FMCG sales professional to lead and grow the relationship with one of our biggest grocery customers - Tesco. The successful candidate will agree a joint customer business plan that not only ensures we deliver our key commercial metrics, but at the same time is focused around our customer needs, consumers & shoppers. They will also grow AB InBev share/sales within ledger, by agreeing a promotional and trading plan with the customer to deliver AB InBev targets.

They will lead / own all aspects of the commercial relationship, (i.e. Promo/Trading Plan, Commercial Proposals, Forecasting, CPT Submission, Projects etc), structure the right mix of brands and SKUs within customer to optimise the potential margin for AB InBev & the customer, and ensure we outperform the competition across all key commercial metrics. e.g. market share. It is critical that they have the ability to build strong relationships across ABI & customer management teams and contacts, developing a strong network across all customer functions from Buyers, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams.
