They are looking to bolster and grow their existing Shopper Marketing team with a Shopper Marketing Manager, responsible for the development of 2 members of staff.

The role is far reaching and requires a fantastic communicator that can liaise cross-functionally and externally and undertake a number of responsibilities including:
- Proactively manage specific accounts including day to day, trade presentations and those including buyers and customer planning teams
- Ensure shopper marketing executive takes ownership of Convenience and Food Service and is driving the shopper agenda from initiative through to launch
- Liaise cross functionally where required to land in store shopper activity
- Engage Retailer media agencies and creative agencies to implement initiatives based on shopper insight
- Liaise with licensed partners to ensure budgets are being spent timely and effectively and share shopper learnings with them
- Full ownership of ROI evaluation in accounts and present back to the commercial team
- Understand level of investment required by customer and present back to Senior Shopper Marketing Manager
- Understand how online and in store plans dovetail to create overall shopper campaigns
- Regular retailer store visits to ensure activity has landed correctly, to track competitor activity and to understand shopper behaviour within the Frozen category.
You will have/be:
- Degree educated
- At least 3 years FMCG experience
- Experience within either:
- A retailer
- An own-label food manufacturer
- Branded FMCG business
- Experience of working with Multiple Retailers to execute branded shopper marketing plans
- Working knowledge of Dunnhumby and Nectar, (Tesco & Sainsbury’s) loyalty card tools
- A highly organised individual with good planning skills & the ability to manage cross functional relationships both within and outside of the company
- An advanced level of written and oral communication skills are essential
- Analytical with good financial awareness
- Developed interpersonal skills and high personal credibility is required to interface between both internal functions and external customers to align both requirements and resolve issues
- An ability to present and influence internal and external people
- Highly credible and therefore able to create and maintain successful relationships internally and externally
