National Account Manager: Soft Furnishings

Location: Home Based

The Role:

An exciting National Account Managers position has been created with a leading provider of soft furnishings.

This key role will involve selling a range of quality soft furnishing ranges into department stores, grocers and major high street retailers throughout the UK.

Your remit will be to develop and grow business within an existing client base, as well as pro-actively targeting and opening new national accounts, working closely with your clients to forge strong long term relationships, presenting new designs, conducting range reviews, identifying growth opportunities and achieving the required growth within your accounts.

Successful applicants will need to have a recent track record in selling homewares, soft furnishings or similar into major retailers.

Our client is an award winning, leading provider of a range of soft furnishings. Due to strong consistent growth they are looking to appoint a new National Account Manager to their team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Recent experience in selling soft furnishings, home textiles etc into major UK retailers.
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Good new business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active and highly self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic and positive.
  • Good influencer.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Package:

Basic Salary:  £45,000-£50,000
