Job Details
Our client is a medium sized UK manufacturing business supplying high quality food products into the Foodservice sector. They are recruiting an experienced man manager of sales teams to lead their wholesale team.
The Role
• Man management of a team who deal with UK foodservice wholesalers
• Engage the team to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage budget
• Staff mentoring, development and recruitment
• Development of strong working relationships internally and externally.
The Candidate (As we receive a lot of applications the following are MUST haves)
• A real team player ethos
• Food manufacturing background
• Man management and leadership of sales teams
• Strong knowledge of the foodservice sector
The role is home based and applicants can be based anywhere in England as long as national travel is ok.
Package is competitive and negotiable with car + good pension + health + bonus
