Key Account Manager - Bespoke Packaging - £35-50K + 10K OTE

The Role: The new Key Account Manager will be largely responsible for winning new business across the UK. Based from an office 3 days per week in Buckinghamshire with occasional nights away, you will target a range of industries such as fashion, beauty and textiles, selling to luxury retailers. You will typical deal with brand agencies, design companies and packaging technologists. All business won will be retained, as you build your client base, more account management will come into play as the role develops.

The Company: Our client is a leading European bespoke packaging provider. With annual sales of 2 billion, they offer solutions for retail and e-commerce markets, allowing customers to design and customize their desired products, whether it be for gift bags, boxes or envelopes, they have a huge range of sizes and finishes. They currently employ 1,500 people across 15 countries around the world and have been established for over 200 years!

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have business to business sales
  • Ideally packaging knowledge and experience
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Creative mindset


Benefits of this role:
  • Up to £50,000 dependent on experience, plus £10,000 commission

Candidate location ideally; Milton Keynes, Luton, Bedford, Bicester, Aylesbury.
