ROLE: National Account Controller
WEST MIDLANDS
SALARY: Day Rate DOE
Are you a person with impeccable leadership and national account skills and looking for a new move?
Our client a well renowned branded and own label business based in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced individual to take on an exciting role as the national account controller.
Key Accountability:
•Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin
•Contribute to the overall sales and commercial strategy
•Coach and develop key talent within sales organization
Essential:
•Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
•Successful Account Management and leadership experience gained in FMCG
•Currently working at Senior Sales / National Account Controller
•Proven track record of budget delivery and growth momentum in one of the FMCG TOP4 chilled
•Demonstrate commercial acumen and strategic thinking
•Strong leadership skills, an energetic management style and well developed coaching skills
•Strong influencing / negotiation expertise
•High profile role, with proven experience of influencing Managers at senior management level.
