Client Details

My client is a high end, luxury confectionery business who have almost doubled their revenue turnover for the last few years and are showing no sign of slowing. They have a lovely company culture and pride themselves on being supportive, ambitious and fun! Due to the continued growth and success of the brand and company they are looking for a Head of Sales to join the team to be strong number two to the owner. They offer part time and flexible working so are happy to adapt for the right candidate, although this role will be London based.

Description

The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for managing all of the UK account base across Grocery, High End/High St retailers and as well foodservice accounts. You will be tasked with continuing the growth of these customers as well as line management, which is incredibly important to this FMCG business as people development is so critical to this company. This role is office based in London but the company can offer part time working and flexible hours.

Profile

We are looking for a high performing National Account Manager or SNAM that is genuinely looking to be a part of something special and make an impact on a company and category. You must have FMCG food experience, ideally across a couple of channels, although super stars with one channel or account will absolutely be considered. You will be passionate about working as a team and creating something really exciting! Must be happy working on a part time basis to begin with, based in London.
