Senior Brand Manager

My client is an established and leading food supplier to all grocery outlets. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager to join their established marketing team.

This is a high profile role within the business and they are looking for a marketer to help continue to grow this well established and loved brand.

This person will have responsibility for driving and managing the creation of medium to long term brand plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insight. 

You will need to demonstrate solid experience of brand marketing at a senior level, show strong consumer awareness coupled with excellent commercial skills to maximise growth and profit.

Key Accountabilities:

• Owning, creating and implementing brand strategy
• Manage and execute a range of projects across media, experiential and NPD
• Mange the P&L, delivering the annual budget and tracking brand performance
• Lead the brand planning process for the brand
• Development and line management of a direct report

Requirements:

You will be a proven Senior Brand Manager ideally working for a food manufacturer or within consumer goods. Classically trained within a medium or large FMCG business you will have exposure to the full marketing mix and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be a creative and commercial thinker, with an entrepreneurial flair. Good business acumen with sound commercial judgement and a passion for food is vital. Enthusiastic and driven, you will be a real self-starter.
