Reporting into the Senior International Business Manager your role will be responsible for driving sales of the products through distributors. As an integral part of the EMEA team, with a strong focus on relationship building, you will deliver financial, volume and trading objectives across the APAC region and you will hold full P&L accountability. You'll be responsibility for managing the commercial relationship with the distributor in each market and developing the strategy to maximise potential. This is an exciting role as you will be responsible for the fastest growing region within the business with very high potential.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent You will be an Export Manager or an International Sales Manager looking to progress your career in an entrepreneurial business. Ideally you will have experience and understanding of how to drive forward commercial relationships with distributors, setting the commercial long term and short term strategy and have experience of sourcing and managing distributors in the international market. Alternatively you will be classically trained in a blue-chip FMCG company and be looking to move into an international role with a strong capability to think strategically.
