Fueled by an extensive TV campaign, a variety of great products and an impressive leadership team they are forging ahead - improving both top line sales and market share. Their brand was established in the 1970’s and is now immediately recognised as the market leader in their Category. However, as a fast paced privately backed business they remain highly ambitious and want someone who shares their hunger and drive.
They have strong relationships with their major retail customers and UK sales are growing at over 20% Year on Year. They are now looking to recruit an additional NAM who will take responsibility for Morrisons, Waitrose and a small portfolio of other customers. You will take full responsibility and develop close relationships to implement your customer activation, promotional and growth plans. This is an opportunity to step up and build on your Account Management.
You are currently in a branded FMCG company as an NAE or in a junior NAM role and you are looking for the next step - a growing business where you can develop your career. You must be ambitious and able to manage customer relationships and work with leading brands. You operate at pace and have a straightforward style which enthuses others and achieves results. You are now looking to progress your career in a business with shared values, drive and ambition.
