Job Details
Our client is a Global FMCG Company manufacturing instantly recognised brands across the planet! The company is looking to appoint a National Account Controller to join and lead an energetic & driven grocery team. You will report to Director Level & key responsibilities are listed below.
The Role:
·Lead the customer team and strategy to maximise performance.
·P&L for large complex, multi-million t/o grocery account.
·Make positive changes to improve performance.
·Lead and develop the JBP's.
·Coach and develop key talent.
The Person
·Of graduate calibre with minimum 5 years FMCG experience.
·Proven track record of P&L Management.
·Ideally at Controller level or a Senior National Account Manager ready to step up in a FMCG company.
·Creative and commercial astute.
·Entrepreneurial, resilient and agile.
·Results focused, passionate and highly motivated.
