Job Details

Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager on behalf of a major high NPD business based in the East Midlands.

The Business

An innovative, category-leading business with an unrivalled focus on delivering quality for their customers requires a progressive National Account Manager to join their commercial team to manage a range of customer accounts including Tesco, discounters and specialist retailers. Through innovative NPD & a strong focus on building close proximity with the customer & consumer- the business is now seeking an individual with the potential to drive their growth ambition in tandem with the businesses ambitious growth agenda.

The Role

Tasked with further driving the profitability, category share & growth of the accounts, you will be leading from the front with the customers to cement your relationship as a true category partner. This role will require a broad set of commercial skills, with a significant focus on pulling together innovative NPD plans and requiring you to build a robust strategic partnership with the retailer in question in order to achieve the businesses goals.

About You

The successful candidate will need

-          Exposure to P&L Management within top 4, convenience or discounters

-          Experience of working in own label would be a significant advantage

-     A working understanding of a high SKU environment

-         An ambitious and driven personality that will fit within a business that has a growth agenda

-          Commutable to East Midlands based office on a daily basis
