My client is a multi-site, branded QSR business based in a very Central London location. Reporting directly into the Managing Director you will have line responsibility for a Purchasing Assistant and will work very closely with the Head of Product Development. It's an operational purchasing role requiring a flexible and adaptable approach. You'll be responsible for sourcing all goods available in our retail outlets, as well as managing stock levels in the warehouse. You'll be a key part of the management team so you'll need to have credibility and have very strong negotiation skills.

You will need to have previous food and beverage buying experience and have an advance level of Excel spreadsheets. It's a small business requiring someone with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally. You'll have high level negotiation skills and thrive in an environment where you have the autonomy to make your own decisions.
