“My client is an innovative international manufacturer with an exciting branded product range. Already established in Pharmacies and independent retailers, they are looking to continue to grow strategically within these sectors. The company supply healthy products internationally and across the UK & Ireland. They are extremely high-quality, premium products.
The company are looking for a driven individual to manage a team of sales individuals. It is a fantastic opportunity with someone who has a background within the FMCG industry and keen to progress their career within the healthy sector.
The Role
- Report to and liaise with the Sales Director on the week’s activities, past, present and future.
- Managing a team of 6
- Coaching, training, setting KPI’s, performance management.
- Forecasting and developing annual sales for regions
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Sustain relationships with existing accounts
- Dealing with a small group of accounts.
- Covering the UK & Ireland
The Candidate
- The successful applicant will have FMCG blue-chip/branded background
- Minimum 5 years regional sales management role
- People management and territory management experience
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Sales planning experience
- Strong motivator and team player
- Leadership skills
- Ideally close to airport links to travel across the UK & Ireland
