The Ceuta Group are a global, multi award winning consumer brands outsource solutions specialists, servicing the FMCG Food, Drink, Health and Personal Care industries.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to join a winning team working within the Convenience channel driving visibility; distribution and range of an exciting portfolio of products.

THE FUNCTIONAL BIT

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving and retaining distribution of products across Health & beauty and food & drink within Convenience and Symbol stores in your assigned region.  You will achieve this by:

 Building strong and commercial relationships with all contacts on territory
 Growing & maintaining distribution across the designated range of products
 Introducing exciting NPD launches to new & existing accounts to maximise availability
 Being available to support key Brand initiatives.
 Drive visibility; distribution & transfer orders

THE SKILLS BIT

You need to be equally great at working alone as well as within a team, you must be target driven, work well under pressure, be responsive to deadlines & fully accountable for personal & team objectives. Well educated, you will have recent experience in FMCG sales, ideally within Health & Beauty and/or FMCG.

 To represent Ceuta’s prestigious Clients, you must have high energy, personable style with a great attitude and personality
 You must be professional & a strong communicator
 A willingness to strive to be best in class
 Full clean driving license
 The legal right to work in the UK
 This is a full time role, Monday-Friday
 You will be provided with a company vehicle to use whilst at work
 You will also be provided with a tablet and smart phone to communicate your wins!
 Full brand, sales and account management training will be provided both through induction period and on-going in the field and at team meetings

Salary:

£22,000-£24,000 (experience dependent) plus:
