Demand Planning Administrator

Overview:

The Planning Administrator will work within the EMEA planning team based in London to support the gathering, data entry & analysis of finished goods demand forecasts from customers.
The role works alongside production, demand planning and customer service teams and ensures the latest finished goods demand plan is promptly and accurately reflected in SAP, highlighting and escalating any anomalies in the forecasts and also makes sure system maintenance and integrity is met.

The Role: 

  • Process and track forecasts received from distribution partners and to ensure SAP and supply planning are driven by the latest demand information
  • Consolidate kit supply plans received from customers and liaise with materials planning team to ensure customer lead-times are met 
  • Proactively identify and escalate any significant trends and demand changes 
  • Maintain forecast demand as well as elements of product master data in SAP so the system holds the latest details and supports operational plans 
  • Support the planning department in day-to-day activities as required
  • Closely work with the customer service team to align customer demand to support achievement of service level targets

The Candidate:

  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Methodical and being able to demonstrate attention to detail is an absolute must 
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate successful experience working in a cross functional international team environment 
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Must have strong maths skills, including the ability to convert measurements
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work in a growing, dynamic and non-corporate environment, driven by fast informed decision making, processes and systems.
