An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading tea brands. As a business they are steeped in heritage and have been first to market with a number of innovative product ideas. They have products across a number of categories including black tea, healthy and herbal, fruit infusions and coffee. With a fantastic range of hot beverages and a very ethical approach to production they have been going from strength to strength. They are now looking for a talented Senior Brand Manager to join their marketing team in London.

As Senior Brand Manager you will take full ownership of the brand planning and strategy for the company’s leading iconic tea brand. Some key responsibilities will include development of the marketing activity plan, creation of media campaigns across ATL and BTL, management of external agency relationships and the continuous improvement of the digital marketing plan. You will also work very closely with Category and Sales team to build and execute initiatives to ensure profitable growth across all channels.

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience at Senior Brand Manager level from within the FMCG Food or Drink industry. Ideally you will have knowledge of the full marketing mix and proven experience of managing and launching TV ad campaigns. Team management experience would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite. You will be a highly creative, ambitious and driven individual who is confident making decisions autonomously.
