We are looking for an agile, results focused, creative-thinking Brand Manager to join the juices marketing team to help us drive and deliver our exciting agenda for 2017/18.

Job Requirements:

  • UK brand management lead for 2 of PepsiCo's multi-million pound juice brands
  • Champion UK market needs amongst European business with regards to NPD and communications
  • Review European NPD pipeline to select most appropriate launches for UK market
  • Develop and manage outstanding annual operating plan (AOP) for the brands within UK market
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess commercial viability of initiatives and manage critical project timelines
  • Develop and manage local 360 marketing activations
  • Manage annual brand marketing budget
  • Manage agency partners (media buying, digital, PR, experiential)
  • Inspire UK cross-functional business to back launches and campaign activations
  • Work closely with shopper marketing team to ensure consistency of brand in the retail environment
  • Proactively seek external best-practice and bring into the businessManagement, coaching and development of 1 direct report

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Leading edge FMCG marketing experience gained in blue-chip environment
  • Demonstrated capability of delivering TTL campaigns including digital, social media, ATL, PR and BTL
  • Financial literacy and acumen, and demonstration of working well with cross functional teams to drive brand agendas
  • Tenacious executor with a proven track record of delivering significant levels of growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to distil complex data and project plans into clear actionable recommendations for senior management
  • Excellent relationship building, listening and influencing skills, actively seeking and understanding inputs of others to gain broad alignment to ideas
  • Experienced at influencing senior management
  • Ability to get going quickly - entrepreneurial spirit, & a drive for results
  • Experience in managing and developing others
