A leading Global luxury and cosmetics company is seeking a best-in-class Trade Marketer to join their Global team.

THE ROLE:

-Work closely with local market Perfect Store champion to effectively deploy the program and adapt as required based on local market needs

-Act as a custodian of the Perfect Store blueprint, being ultimately accountable of the program outcome

-Support local markets define the 5Ps (Product, Placement, Price, Promo, Point of sale engagement) by brand and picture of success by outlet type

-Local market teams (GM’s, Trade marketing, Sales and Marketing functions)

-Global HQ Sales team to incorporate sales capability best practices into the Perfect Store program and market deployment toolkits

-Global Trade marketing to ensure the right content (in-store 4P’s) and category insights are provided to markets which are then brought to life in store through the perfect store program

THE CANDIDATE:

-Several years of Commercial experience, preferably in FMCG

-Experience in a Customer marketing /Trade marketing role/function

-Experience managing Key accounts/Sales Operations and/or Field sales

-Strong analytical, leadership and influencing skills with a clear bias for action

-Is resilient and flexible, adapts to new challenges

-Very strong communication and influencing skills with a winning team mentality

-Experience working across markets in a regional or global role would be preferred
