Currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join their existing team, you will be responsible for contacting existing accounts as well as new business prospects on a regular basis, processing bespoke orders, providing quotations and calculating margins, responding to website enquiries and monitoring stock levels.
Keeping management informed of activity and developments, you will use your initiative when prioritising workload and identifying opportunities to up-sell new products to existing customers, sending out samples and chasing approval forms.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm, 1 hour for lunch (flexible working hours within a 36 ¼ hour working week)
- Representing the business with the highest levels of professionalism at all times, you will process enquiries having gained a good understanding of customer's requirements
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure detailed and often complex customer requirements are met, raising construction and graphics briefs
- Experience working within the packaging industry, particularly food related is desirable but is not essential
- You will be ambitious and career focused with the desire to succeed and progress
- You will have competent sales approach with excellent communication skills, you will also be a good listener
Although this is predominantly an office based role, there will be occasional opportunities to travel to visit customers as well as to attend exhibitions.
