The Role: With a chance to earn commission on everything you sell, this is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading company as a business development manager. You will be selling ice machines into a wide range of dealers, focusing on business development activities. The new business development manager will be supported by a strong telesales team who pass leads and a dynamic management structure.

The Company: Established nearly half a century ago, our client is a leading manufacturer in their sector. They are now expanding their sales team to cope with increased demand, hence their current search for a new business development manager in the South East.

Your Career: As well as benefiting from their superb commission scheme, the new Business Development Manager will be working for a company which genuinely promotes their best talent; this role has come about as they grow their sales team by splitting a successful area.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will preferably have sold capital equipment or a top-notch expensive product
  • Outstanding relationship building abilities are the key to your success
