The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be looking to develop new accounts amongst housing associations and local authorities; you will also inherit a small portfolio of existing accounts. You will be speaking to procurement managers and business owners, with some leads coming from their marketing department. This company has an excellent customer services team to support your accounts, and the new business development manager will receive full on-the-job training.

The Company: With over fifteen years of industry expertise behind them, our client is the market leader in the UK and is experiencing some excellent growth. They are now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to sell their furniture packs for non-residential applications, on both sale and rental basis.

For this Business Development Manager position, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales experience
  • You will either have sold contract furniture hire or sold into local authorities and housing associations
  • Highly motivated and personable candidates with plenty of resilience
