NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

SE England // £80,000+ total package // Pharma industry

ROLE:

To lead the development of key business initiatives that will secure growth for OTC sales, including the Pharmacy Contracts / JBPs and the Vision Store project.

Manage and motivate the Southern Region of the OTC Field Sales Team, to deliver superior results against the annual and specific campaign KPIs. To lead the development of strong business plans with the RAE customers in addition to the chain pharmacies, and to transfer those learnings across the 3 regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To lead the thinking, development and implementation of the key strategic pillars for the OTC Field Sales team, including JBPs/Pharmacy Contracts, Vision Store and the Cegedim MI CRM system

· Too build and deliver the agreed strategy for the OTC field sale team

· Input into the campaign planning process to ensure delivery of best in class plans for OTC Field Sales

· Develop reporting tools to monitor team effectiveness throughout the year

· Build strong engagement with the internal stakeholders within the company to ensure support for and awareness of Field Sales across the business

· Support the RAE and STM to develop superior plans that deliver against both the client's brand priorities and financial targets and transfer those learnings across the regions

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

· Min 3 years' experience in managing a sales team

· Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen

· Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen with strategic thinking

· Strong analytical skills

· Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels – internal and external

· Solution orientated to business issues and opportunities

· Proven team player

· An interest and passion for entrepreneurship

· Is self-aware and adopts business maturity and style

· Previous FMCG / Healthcare management experience

· Pharmacy Channel Experience

· Degree educated

· International mobility
