National Field Sales Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced man-manger to lead a team of 8 national account field sales team selling into the independent retail sector. The role will involve mentoring a team of 8 to get the best out of them on the field. The company is a leading UK food distributor of preserves.
- Managing a team of 8 National Field Sales Executives
- Developing and training the team further
- 3 days out on the road, one day at home and the office.
- Must come from a commercial sales and food industry background
- Must have experience managing a team of at least 6 field sales executives
- Have national account experience within foodservice
