Head of E-Commerce

Our client is Premium Health & Beauty organisation that has a long and rich heritage supplying products across multiple categories. The company are looking to appoint a Head of eCommerce to join the Global HQ in London and lead an energetic and passionate digital team. You will report to the Global eCommerce Director and key responsibilities listed below.

The Role:
·Accountable as the leader for the company's regional digital channels.
·Own the digital experience and revenues for the region.
·P&L accountable for digital channels.
·Work with the creative team to launch, edit, deploy site content and assist with new product launches.
·Be well versed in the brand and commercial growth strategies
·Establish and communicate an eCommerce Sales & Marketing strategy.

The Person
·10 years' experience working in digital marketing and eCommerce.
·Highly collaborative retail digital/ecommerce expert who feels comfortable moving between strategic and tactical.
·Retail eCommerce experience
·Entrepreneurial, resilient and agile.
·Leadership and Talent management
·Positive, passionate and highly motivated.

This role is based in their Global HQ in London.
