Field Sales Solutions provides retail solutions to some of the biggest names in the Grocery sector. Among them Ferrero UK – a household name boasting such much-loved brands as Pralines, Nutella, Kinder Kids, Kinder Bueno, Tic Tac and Thorton’s. 

This specialised sales role is focused squarely on the Cash & Carry sector and it involves executing both a visibility strategy and practical merchandising plans in order to drive sales.

A key area of focus will be product display and stock management – working with the cash and carry depot buyer to make sure that not only are all product lines available at all times, but that the whole team makes the most out of POS, rotation and on and off-shelf display opportunities, trade day deals and ad hoc special promotions. This means you’ll need to be commercially astute and have a keen eye for detail too, checking for pricing accuracy, damage and stock dates.

A track record in sales, merchandising or retail would be great – though we can teach you the nuts and bolts of the role. But it’s the key personal skills - commercial acumen, tenacity, an organised approach and instant rapport with people – that will really set you apart.
