An exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading premium Bakery manufacturers as Retail Senior National Account Manager is now available. The business has a glowing reputation across the industry and has been recognised by this through a number of industry and supplier awards. European wide the business turns over in excess of €1bn manufacturing their products from 40 sites. Within the UK the business has achieved national distribution across the Retail, Wholesale and Foodservice channels. Their product range includes premium Doughnuts, Muffins, Cookies, Breads, Morning Goods. Following an internal promotion, they are now seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join the team.

Role

As a Senior National Account Manager you will take direct responsibility for a portfolio of Top 6 Retail Multiple customers. In additional to the development of existing accounts you will be tasked with developing new trading relationships across the Retail channel. Reporting into the Commercial Director you will work in a sales team of eight.

Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will be currently operating in a Retail National Account Management role. You will be a strong negotiator and have a good understanding of the NPD process. As for product background Bakery experience would be preferred but essential.
