National Account Manager - Kitchen and Homeware
Office Based - Evesham
£45-£55k + Car Allowance + Benefits
Captivate Brands is part of the H&H Asia group with its head office based In China, a multi-million Dollar global business, specialising within the cookware and homewares industries. Captivate established its UK and European office 5 years ago in the midlands and is enjoying rapid expansion, they are currently supplying many large national retailers within the department stores and grocery sector, via their OEM and branded business. The company offer a truly meritocratic working environment, developing brands specifically created for the global market which inspire and capture the imagination of the consumer.
Due to an excellent period of growth our client Captivate Brands is now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join the business to capitalise on the existing opportunities whilst exploring prospects for further development.
As the primary National Account Manager you will increase the value of the existing account base, maximising opportunity and highlighting key areas for growth. Reporting directly to the UK CEO, you will also be given the freedom to target prospect customers to present the excellent product range across own label and branded product offers.
The ideal candidate will already be operating at National Account Manager level and have a strong background within the cookware or homeware industry. A passion for the product, and the drive and determination to fit with Captivate Brands ambition for growth are also important. Experience working with grocers would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite. However, experience dealing with department stores, large high street retailers or Garden Centre groups is a must. Any experience in dealing with manufacturers based in the Far East would also be very beneficial.
