About the Role:
This National Account Manager role is seen as one of the most high profile in the business, working with the top grocery account nationally with a significant P&L responsibility. The role is highly commercial and you will spend time with your internal stakeholders cross-functionally working on strategy, as well as spending category captaincy time with your account and buying contacts. Because of the nature of the business, collaboration is key and the key driver across the business is about working as a family and striving for excellence across all products rather than individual agendas. This role exists because of promotion internally. There is always an opportunity for the right person to progress in this business.
To be this National Account Manager, ambition is key! We are looking for future leaders, with high potential - someone who will look to push to get to the next level after the first 12 months.
- Grocery top 4 National Account Management - 18 months.
- Joint Business Planning experience.
- Multiple category - ideally food experience.
- Branded product experience.
- P&L experience.
- Category data knowledge.
- Graduate calibre.
- Build, implement and deliver budgets and customer plans that meet the strategic objectives of the sales & brand functions and also those of the customer.
- Strong internal & external relationship management experience.
- Confident and articulate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
