ROLE

As a Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for their Convenience and Impulse Customer Base, with customers including. Given the complexity of the channel, you will be highly numerate, with a strong understanding of managing a complex P&L.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering successful JBPs and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment. You will take ownership of the channel to deliver an innovative pipeline of products and in return, be given the opportunity to progress your career in one of the most exciting brands in the industry.  

You will act as number 2 to the channel head and pick up full channel responsibility in their absence.

This role will also see you manage 1 – 2 direct reports, dependent on your own experience.

Candidate

You will be classically trained, preferably within a Blue Chip environment, on the upward curve of your career and be able to demonstrate a track record of success within your account base. You will be highly commercial, with strong negotiation skills and a results focus. You will be a strategic thinker, with a drive to succeed and be able to navigate ambiguous scenarios in an extremely fast paced and vibrant environment.

You will be accessible to a Central London Office and be willing to make regular travel to Customers.
