National Account Manager – Branded Food
Location: Home Based
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager has become available with an innovative and growing provider of branded foods.
This excellent sales opportunity will require that you build and develop the relationships with existing clients including major grocers, symbol groups and wholesale, as well as identifying new channels to increase the business throughout the UK.
You will be fully responsible for the P&L of your accounts, building strong long term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, increasing product listings, developing promotional opportunities, raising awareness of the brand, providing accurate forecasting and ensuring that all sales targets are achieved.
Successful applicants will need recent experience in selling branded food or drink into major grocers.

Our client is an innovative and dynamic business who provide a range of branded foods to the UK market. Due to strong growth they are looking to appoint a new National Account Manager to their successful team.
Essential Requirements:
- Recent experience selling branded food or drink into major grocers.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Strategic new business development skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Good negotiator.
- Commercially astute.
- Enthusiastic and positive approach.
- Ambitious and driven.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Commutable to London 1 day a week.
Package:
Basic Salary: £45,000-£50,000
Bonus: £60,000 OTE
