My client is one of the leading producers of fresh and added value pork products within the UK, responsible for suppling a number of Major Multiples, Large Wholesalers and Food Manufactures.

My client are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to develop a leading Top Tier Grocer accounts. As a Commercial Manager you will be working within high profile Top Tier Gorcer Customers; you will be responsible for driving growth through effective collaboration, maximising opportunities for sustainable sales and delivering the company strategy. You will deliver NPD initiatives and work with all aspects of the business to deliver the customers commercial vision.

My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who is looking for their next challenge. A background in FMCG fresh or chilled produce business would be highly desirable. Possessing a background in either brands or own-label, with previous exposure to Top Tier Grocer Accounts is also required. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and an ability to manage complexity.  Above all, you will be a genuine team player who will be willing to roll their sleeves up and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
