Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join their Key Customer Management team exclusively supporting and working with Selfridges.  This is an initial 12 month contract. Joining the Key Customer Management team, the Relationship Manager will  maintain and develop the company's relationship with this strategically important customer ensuring their interaction with them is collaborative in nature and grows their lifetime value against both revenue and profitability targets. 

You’ll be working at a luxury retailer alongside our existing Key Account Manager across different stores, divisions, departments and levels.  You will need to build strong relationships with store management teams and sales associates to ensure we are delivering the best customer management and service delivery against mutually agreed performance objectives, financial metrics and critical milestones.

As Relationship Manager you will monitor hit rate performance across the brand and provide regular reporting and analysis to different areas of the business.  You will plan, implement and deliver training and briefs to support all levels of sales staff to ensurebest practice, optimum offer and efficient operation of the DCC service across the store network.

Ideally you’ll have a proven track record of delivering superior customer service at all times with the ability to work under pressure, successfully balancing a diverse and demanding workload.  You’ll need to be comfortable and capable of communicating effectively with all levels of people with excellent attention to detail and strong PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  You’ll need to be able to undertake, interpret and communicate financial analysis in a clear and meaningful way adapting to your audience.  You’ll have a flair for developing new ideas and initiatives to continuously improve process and drive performance.  You must have a flexible attitude to working hours with a willingness to travel across the UK as and when required.
