Introduction: My North West based, FMCG client is currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their expanding business!  With significant YOY success and plans for significant growth in 2017, this is a hugely exciting time to join!

The Role: As HR Business Partner you will provide professional and efficient HR support and project service to line management on site in line with Group HR Policies and Procedures.  You will provide sound and workable solutions to day to day employee relations and resourcing issues, assist the Managing Director in providing a high quality, cost effective HR service that meets individual site needs and corporate objectives. You will also work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues in the Senior Leadership team, proactively identifying areas for service improvement within the function and other departments.  You would also be responsible for:

•    Providing expert and professional advice on Human Resources Issues
•    Supporting and training managers through the use and application of respective employment procedures
•    Staff Performance Management
•    Employee Capability
•    Employment Legislation
•    Recruitment and New Starters
•    Site Communication
•    People Planning & Performance Monitoring
•    Staff Motivation and Business Development; Employee Survey 
•    Assisting to nurture, develop and promote the team values and behaviours to make the business a great place to work and to help motivate the team to meet annual business plans


The Candidate: Successful candidates will be excited about the opportunity to join a progressive and forward thinking business, with a much loved and trusted brand!  You will also:
•    Have a degree in human resources (CIPD qualifications) or a relevant area, with up to four years subsequent relevant experience
•    Have knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and best practice on recruitment and selection, with experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such agreements and procedures
•    Be highly motivated, determined and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership and team building qualities
•    Have the ability and resilience to thrive in a pressurised environment, prioritising work load to ensure delivery of a professional HR service to the Site.
