Bramble Foods is a market leading, family owned, fine food distributor specialising in the independent retail and gift market, such as garden centres, farm shops and visitor attractions.
We are a fast growing company who offer a large range of over 1,500 high quality preserves, marmalades, honeys, chutneys, condiments, sauces, pickles, cakes, biscuits, snacks, gift boxes, hampers and confectionery.
Operating from our purpose built warehouse and offices in Market Harborough, Leicestershire we have an in-house labelling and packing team and manufacture our own cakes, preserves, marmalades, chutneys, condiments and sauces.
As part of our continued growth plans, we are recruiting for a national field sales manager. This is an opportunity to join us in a key managerial role and you will report directly to the directors. Your responsibilities will include the day to day management and development of nine territory sales managers, monitoring sales performance, setting sales targets, training and recruitment.
Ideally you will be located within one hour’s drive of our head office in Market Harborough. Previous experience gained in running a sales team in a similar environment would be advantageous but, quality candidates with transferrable skills from other sales or retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
