Reporting into Customer Demand Manager (Supply Chain)
As Demand Planner, you will be pivotal in the development of a robust demand plan for the Out of Home and International channels. You will be comfortable analysing sales history across multiple SKUs and customer accounts, using this information to create a forward forecast. You will be excellent at articulating analysis in an engaging and informative manner. Taking accountability for the forecast, you will actively contribute to the supply chain strategy by looking to improve processes in order to ‘find a better way’. Your forecasts will provide valuable insight to our inventory planning team and the customer services representative for the channel, who you will work closely with to ensure we execute the demand plan smoothly and deliver first class service.
Your job will include:
- Developing the formal forecasting process for the Out of Home and International routes to market
- Using Exceedra to develop a long term demand plan for multiple accounts and SKUs
- Measuring and reporting the accuracy of the long term demand plan
- Seeking out insight, recognising trends and planning collaboratively to improve forecast accuracy
- Pro-actively looking to improve processes in order to reduce costs / increase efficiencies
- Taking responsibility for the production of a weekly Operational Forecast to ensure short term demand / changes are capture
- Completing monthly demand review reports
- Instigating and leading monthly account reviews to discuss account performance and drive out forecast error

- Have previous experience of demand planning within an FMCG environment
- Have previous experience of working in a customer collaborative role
