THE ROLE: This is a strategic new business sales role, where you will be tasked with identifying customers who have a need for short, medium or long term truck rental. Customers will typically include; fleet, removals, haulage and logistics companies.

THE PERSON: The most successful sales people currently at the business, all share the same strengths; a structured approach to sales, a naturally consultative style, bags of drive and strong closing skills. Due to the complex nature of this sector, our client is ideally looking to recruit an individual with prior experience of vehicle hire.

THE COMPANY: This proactive organisation, puts the customer at the heart of everything they do. They appreciate that in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience, they need to recruit and develop great people, with this in mind they offer a tailored induction, excellent training and ongoing support.

  • Basic: £30,000 - £40,000
  • Bonus: £20,000 - £30,000

LOCATION: The position for Business Development Manage covers - National: Bristol / Gloucester / Bath / Cardiff / Swindon / Cheltenham / Exeter
