Job Details
We a looking for an ambitious and motivated applicant to lead the Factory through transformational change. The candidate will have experience of working within a FMCG environment where quality, unit cost and lead time are critical.
They will be able to demonstrate experience of unit cost reduction through Lean improvements rather than short term and artificial cost cutting.
Directly reporting to the Owner they will lead a team consisting of Production, Engineering and Warehouse operatives, and they must have a strong engineering background and the ability to lead a diverse and complex operation.
The package will include base salary, pension, and KPI related bonuses
