An opportunity has arisen to join a market leader in the Craft industry. Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their sales team, to cover accounts based in the South of England. The company which has been in operation for more than 20 years is at the forefront of the industry with their products being sold globally, but also renowned for their durability accuracy and reliability. The company’s number one priority is to grow the UK market, whilst maintaining high standards and have exceptional customer service.
The role of key account manager is to focusing your attention on, E-commerce Accounts, Wholesale Accounts and Key Accounts. You will need to grow and develop the existing account base working towards monthly targets, with a portion of the role will being New Business Development where you will prospect new accounts across the area. You will need to work autonomously, manage your own diary and have paperwork and orders ready in time, whilst also attending regular sales team meetings and to stay up to date with company news.
My client is specifically looking for someone with a strong sales background ideally from within the Crafts / Textiles industry. You could be an aspiring Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager looking for a step up in your career or a key account manager looking to step into a well-established, innovative business with some fantastic market leading products. You must be reliable, trustworthy with lots of drive and enthusiasm to be successful and grow turnover. Full product training will be given, allowing you to become a true specialist in the industry.
